Rwanda lifts Uganda quarantine / RwandAir resumes EBB-KGL flights

CAS has been advised that Rwandair flights between Entebbe and Kigali will resume 17th September 2021i. Additionally, Rwanda has lifted the 7 days mandatory quarantine for people arriving from India and Uganda.
