Visit the top of the dramatic Murchison Falls, where the world’s longest river explodes violently through a narrow cleft in the Rift Valley escarpment, plunging into a pool 140 feet below. Home to a wide variety of fauna, including Africa’s largest population of Nubian giraffe, lions, elephants, hippos, crocodiles, various antelope species and even chimps in the Budongo Forest.
